Well, I'm back home now at my parents house for my school's six week winter vacation (woo!). It has it's benefits. Unfortunately I wasn't able to bring back my desktop computer, and my laptop has a fried logic board, so updates might be a little less often for a while. Got to use my parents slower imacs. Not to worry though, I was able to bring back my wacom tablet and external HD.

Look for some cartooning and concept art from me soon! Got a lot of free time on my hands now!

Also i was wondering about techniques with computer drawing and such. So I've done all drawn with computer and drawing tablet (Albeit a shitty one) however i was wondering what process you normally use? because the process i've used with mr. holliday has been ink outline, scan it in, use multiplied layers along with editing hues/darkness and erasing out for shading, this has worked pretty well. Just was wondering how you go about doing computer drawings.

OH and i should be getting a large intuos 4 tablet soon :D (Supposedly i'll be gettin my stipen from the summer finally)

alright thanks.

Well normally if I have something concrete in mind I'll use non-photo blue pencil for under-structure, then pencil the lines over that. Then I scan it. Ink it with corell painter, the color it in photoshop. Flat colors first, then shading, then custom brushes etc. There is a step by step in my gallery somewhere.

Other times I do it totally digital but I start with a black silhouette and go from there layer by layer.
