My original space ship concept, named "Shadow of Deimos".

I've always thought that if space travel ever does become popular in our future, at least the war ships such as this one would borrow elements from their naval roots. Thought about some of the look of old WWII Battleships while doing this. I've always been fascinated by the naval mystique especially surrounding the warships of that era.

If you have this ship (or willing to have) for HW2, let me know.
Didn't read yet all posts below, but in my imagination here, some of those layered hulls are armoured and they "wake up" to fire their payloads and then recoil to its stealth position.

i can see that old WWII battleships and to me you did it off a bace idea from a japanese sword as if it could cut another ship in two at 1/4 of the speed needed.

I really love the design of the ship and i had kinda wound up making a ship drawing based off of this one, i was wondering if it would be okay if i could upload it if i put the the majority of the design was based off of yours?

If I allowed that, I would be doing you no service. Try and push yourself to be original. If it helps, the first thing I start with when designing ships is silhouette sketches. Do a bunch of them, then take the best elements from each and combine them until you arrive on an interesting unified design. Then bring out the details gradually keeping in mind the function and size of the vessel.
