Sniper Rifle of Tomorrow by ProlificPen Sniper Rifle of Tomorrow by ProlificPen
Chose to revisit an earlier design from about a year ago -> NWC modular weapon platform by ProlificPen

When designing weapons, one must force themselves to have a lot of respect for the object itself. A device that has the power to take many lives should be designed with the same amount of care and scrutiny as any work of art, be it a figure drawing, a still life, or a landscape. Someone who knew this very well was Leonardo Da Vinci. If you look at a lot of his sketches, his machines of war were rendered with the same amount of care as any subject he drew.

it looks awesome. I like how the magazine fits in. The neon lights would be bothersome though. It looks like something out of mass effect

I get the reference. I love those old 1950s science fiction advertisements. The adds of yesterday are today!

Cerberus redesing of one of Earth Alliance sniper rifles is what it looks like (reference to Mass Effect universe). Cerberus is because of the orange up-coming strip. Any idea of its caliber, or at least does it use powder-filled cartridge?

Quite possible they should. :) Send your portfolio to them - I've heard they pay good money.
Gauss gun system, am I right? In that case I should say that it won't be that much quick as a powder gun systems. Some kind of "one shot kill" rifle, so you have to be skilled or be dead with this thing in your arms.
